POSITION SUMMARY
This role exists to inform Senior Leadership on strategic financial decision-making across the association's global portfolio of events, products, and programs. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the role partners with budget liaisons to analyze efficient performance, strengthen operational processes, and provide transparent reporting that drives strategic decision-making. Through strong, active relationships across departments and regions, this role evaluates where resources are producing the greatest impact and ensures the organization deploys staff time, travel spend, and program investment effectively.
Relationship Building
Leverage relationships to set expectations, build trust, and foster financial excellence across the organization.
Operational Enablement
Identify current operational gaps within finance workflows and provide shared solutions by delivering effective training on key finance tools and evaluation frameworks.
Financial Clarity
Audit products/programs to identify opportunities for efficiencies that move EO towards its strategic direction.
Strategic Impact
ROI and mission impact data utilized in future investment decisions at leadership levels on a standardized cadence
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

POSTING DISCLOSURES
Compensation: EO reasonably and in good faith expects to pay between $113,500 and $130,500 per year for this position upon hire. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, internal equity, and work location.
