Director Financial Planning Analysis

Job Details - Lead enterprise FP&A partnership with IT Finance, including strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management of multi-million-dollar technology investments. - Establish and govern FP&A AI investment framework, including intake prioritization, funding allocation, and value realization tracking across functional areas. - Drive enterprise capital allocation strategy, including business case development, ROI modeling, and investment prioritization aligned to corporate objectives. - Serve as FP&A lead for strategic and transformation initiatives, providing financial leadership from business case development through execution and value realization. - Oversee governance of complex, high-risk financial processes (impairment, lease analysis, compensation accruals), ensuring alignment with Accounting and audit standards. - Lead system and process transformation efforts, including Oracle optimization, automation, and scalable planning capabilities. - Develop advanced insights into cost drivers, investment performance, and enterprise financial risk, enabling proactive decision-making.
