About The Role: The Director of FP&A serves as the senior finance leader responsible for planning, forecasting, performance reporting, financial analysis, and FP&A systems governance for the U.S. organization. The role provides strategic financial leadership to U.S. and global executives while overseeing the teams, processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure that support enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Annual Salary Range: $136,000- $170,000

Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The below represents the standard Corporate Policy.

  • Vacation: Minimum of two (2) weeks

  • Sick days: 5 days

  • Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual U.S. budgeting process and consolidation of financial plans.

  • Own submission of annual budgets, monthly results, long-range plans, and mid-year forecasts to parent company leadership.

  • Produce critical monthly financial reviews for U.S. and Paris leadership.

  • Forecast EBITDA, cash flow, debt, liquidity, and working capital.

  • Support reporting to home office including financial reporting input, executive finance summaries, and other key deliverables

  • Maintain claims actuarial analyses supporting financial statement estimates.

  • Own claim allocation and bid-pricing models and collaborate with Risk and Finance leadership.

  • Develop and manage the corporate overhead budget with accountability for performance.

  • Manage division-level P&L areas including claims, EBT allocations, and extraordinary items.

  • Provide strategic and ad hoc financial analyses to support CFO decision-making.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting submissions and compliance with deadlines.

  • Lead CapEx approval and leased vehicle planning processes.

Leadership & Functional Oversight

  • Lead and develop the FP&A team

  • Ensure support and troubleshooting assistance for business users throughout budget cycles.

  • Business owner of technical tools used for budgeting and manage consultants dedicated to maintaining these tools

  • Oversee creation and maintenance of internal reports for Regional Finance.

  • Manage oversight of large vendor invoice approvals including utilities, telecommunications, and other operational spend areas lacking designated ownership.

  • Drive process improvements, automation, governance, and standardization across planning and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor"s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Preferred: CPA, public audit experience, Master's in Accounting, or MBA

  • 8+ years of accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A

  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and executive business partnering.

  • Advanced Excel, ERP, planning systems, and business intelligence proficiency.
