Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

The base salary rangeis $72.40 to $90.50hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the rangeto support future salary growth. This position will be focused on supporting the execution and management of various functions of the Financial Planning department. The Director will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets, building predictive models and dashboards using statistics, andcommunicating complex insights through visualizations to drive data-driven business decisions. This will be done by collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing algorithms to solve problems. The position will require very strong organizational and structuring skills, strong analytics/analysis ability, and a high degree of collaboration/partnership with members of different departments within the Hospital and its medical group.
