The Team You'll Join

The Financial Systems organization is an embedded business technology team - we partner with Finance and Billing leadership to deliver Oracle Fusion best practices, drive automation, and continuously improve the processes that run the business.

How You'll Contribute

This is an Oracle Fusion Order to Cash technology role. You are the platform expert for Envestnet''s O2C lifecycle - from billing platform integrations through Oracle Fusion AR, revenue recognition in Oracle RMCS, and cash application. You own Oracle Fusion Receivables and RMCS configuration, direct the Integration team on billing-to-AR interface requirements, and bring an automation-first mindset to every step of the billing-to-cash process.

You serve the Principal Director, Finance Shared Services and the Director, Client Billing. Your job is to know the Oracle O2C platform deeply, eliminate manual work, and deliver improvements in partnership with your stakeholders. Current state: five-plus billing platforms feeding Oracle with significant manual reconciliation. You will build the automated, accurate, scalable replacement.

• Own Oracle Fusion AR configuration and operations, including customer model, transaction types, AutoInvoice interface rules and tables, receipt methods, aging buckets, period-close processes, and customer master data quality.
• Maintain and govern billing-to-AR integrations across 5+ billing platforms, validating payload designs, resolving AutoInvoice errors, enforcing data quality standards, and directing Integration and Workato teams on functional requirements.
• Own Oracle RMCS configuration and operations, including contract identification, performance obligations, revenue recognition scheduling, exception resolution, ASC 606-aligned output validation, and expansion to additional lines of business.
• Configure and support Oracle Subscription Management and related SaaS billing-to-AR processes to ensure subscription models, billing account setup, and revenue arrangements are accurate and scalable.
• Build and enhance OTBI and BIP reporting for AR operations, aging analysis, billing reconciliation, revenue reporting, and audit-ready controls.
• Drive billing-to-GL and cash application automation using Oracle and Workato to reduce manual reconciliation, improve accuracy, shorten cycle time, and establish billing-to-GL accuracy SLAs.
• Serve as the Oracle O2C technology advisor for Finance Shared Services and Client Billing, translating stakeholder requirements into platform solutions and surfacing best practices and capability improvements.
• Apply O2C domain knowledge across billing charge generation, AutoInvoice flows, AR aging and collections, billing cut-off, period-end close controls, SOX ITGC requirements, audit support, configuration documentation, and RMCS output validation.

What You'll Need to Bring

• 8+ years implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Fusion O2C modules (AR, AutoInvoice, Subscription Management)
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion AR configuration experience - AutoInvoice interface, customer model, transaction types, and period-close
• Experience directing engineering teams on billing platform integrations to Oracle AR
• Automation-first mindset: track record of eliminating manual billing and cash application processes
• Experience partnering with Finance and Billing stakeholders as a technology advisor
• Ability to direct engineers: write functional specs, validate integration designs, and hold teams to requirements

Nice-to-Haves

• Oracle RMCS configuration or implementation experience
• Familiarity with SaaS billing platforms and their AutoInvoice integration patterns
• Experience with Workato for billing-to-AR automation
• Background in Oracle implementation consulting - O2C practice
• Financial services or wealth management industry experience

Our Investment in You

This role offers a base salary range of $152,300 to $152,300. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
