KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members and manage resource allocation for eDiscovery engagements
  • Advise clients on eDiscovery workflows, including review analytics and TAR workflows
  • Deliver presentations and training on KPMG products and services
  • Consult on eDiscovery workflows such as data processing and productions using Relativity and other tools
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for eDiscovery and related services
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, law firms, and corporate legal departments to generate repeat business and new service lines
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience as a review manager in the legal industry
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Familiarity with emerging AI trends and their potential impact on the future of eDiscovery and forensic investigations
  • Relativity Certified Administrator preferred; experience with Reveal/Brainspace and Relativity Analytics
  • Strong client service skills
  • Willingness to travel up to ten percent
