Description

Kforce is partnering with a client to find a Director of FP&A in the Saint Louis area. In this role, you will partner with leadership across operating assets, development projects, and corporate functions to drive forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and executive reporting
  • Develop and maintain integrated financial models across operating assets, development projects, and corporate functions
  • Prepare management, Board, and investor reporting, providing insights into financial performance, cash flow, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to support capital allocation, growth planning, and business decision-making
  • Oversee development spend forecasting and financial governance for a large portfolio of active projects
  • Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, debt obligations, and banking relationships to ensure strong liquidity management

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience within energy, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries
  • Proven ability to lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and treasury activities in a hands-on environment
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience supporting executive, Board, and investor reporting
  • Understanding of project finance structures, debt financing, and capital allocation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a multi-entity, growth-oriented, or institutionally backed organization preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
