This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead the strategic management and oversight of government-owned assets and logistics operations, while ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations. The position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and includes a 9/80 work schedule with relocation assistance provided. As a senior leader in our Supply Chain division, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, driving technological innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining the integrity of asset management processes in line with our mission objectives. Responsibilities include developing strategic property and shipping plans, advancing technology adoption, leading audits and developing remediation strategies, and fostering strong partnerships with both governmental and industrial stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of property within budgetary constraints and compliance with all applicable federal regulations. The role demands proven expertise in managing extensive property portfolios, negotiating logistics contracts, and implementing effective process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in related fields and a certified CPPA designation are required, with preference for candidates with a master's degree. Prior leadership experience in government property management is essential, along with an active Secret security clearance.
