Xavier University is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and student-centered Director of Graduate Recruitment & Admissions to join the Graduate Recruitment & Admissions team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an enrollment professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping prospective graduate students discover educational opportunities aligned with their personal and professional goals.

The Director of Graduate Recruitment & Admissions plays a vital role in advancing this mission by leading recruitment efforts for graduate programs, building strong partnerships across the university, and creating a seamless and supportive experience for prospective students.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to own and execute recruitment efforts for assigned graduate programs, directly engage prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, build meaningful relationships with campus partners, and use insights to improve enrollment outcomes.
