The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University''s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
The Director of Grounds, Waste, and Campus Logistics provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all grounds, maintenance, landscaping, waste management, recycling, snow removal, fleet coordination, and campus logistics functions across assigned University campuses.
Reporting to the Assistance Vice President of Operations, the Director ensures that all campus exterior environments and related operational services are maintained in a safe, compliant, and sustainable manner. This role is responsible for long-term planning, fiscal management, regulatory compliance, staff strategy, emergency response readiness, and cross-function collaboration in support of the University''s operational excellence and sustainability goals.
