    Director, HR Business Partner

    The Director, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders across Global Supply, Global Quality, and Global Facilities & Engineering (GFE). In this highly visible role, the incumbent is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy in support of organizational objectives, business performance, and long-term growth. The Director partners closely with leadership teams to drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives across complex, matrixed environments. The role plays a critical part in fostering a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, innovation, and organizational agility. Leveraging deep business acumen and HR expertise, the Director provides strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent and culture priorities, and workforce challenges while ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. This individual serves as a key member of the HR leadership community, influencing enterprise-wide initiatives and helping build an engaging, and values-driven culture that enables employees and the business to thrive. This role directly manages and develops a team of HR Business Partners serving our manufacturing sites across the United States.

    The Director operates very independently in support of a Senior level client organization with complex/multiple function organization. This role will work on broad initiatives across site/function.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Partners with the business leaders to drive strategic human resources initiatives that support business goals.
    • Executes Talent Management Process including workforce planning and strategic human capital planning, succession planning and development planning within client group.
    • Drives business leaders to focus on increasing top talent and differentiate development of employees.
    • Functions as an internal consultant to leaders in achieving business goals.
    • Advises and guides management on organizational effectiveness, especially the alignment of processes, systems, and people.
    • Partners with business leaders to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring thoughtful planning, effective communication, successful implementation, and meaningful employee involvement throughout the change journey.
    • Drives performance consulting: including ensuring expectations align with business strategy, aligning and differentiating ratings and compensation across the client group.
    • Champions the culture.
    • Collaborates with HR Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure the effective delivery of HR programs, processes, and employee services across the organization.
    • Leads and develops direct reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management or similar discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years Human Resources experience required with at least four (4) years in a HRBP/Generalist capacity.
    • People leader or project leadership preferred.
    • Demonstrated change leadership, internal consulting, organization and talent assessment and development skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels and to link business objectives with HR activities.
    • Proven ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on HR leader.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, ideally within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or other complex operational environments.
    • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Committed to continuous improvement.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
    • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
