At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Director HR Business Partner for the Life Sciences & Medical division to serve as a strategic business partner change agent and member of the line management staff providing expert advice and guidance on all HR matters as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with general management and staff to drive our high-performance culture and build the overall competencies and effectiveness of the organizationBecome a trusted partner with divisional staff to develop the overall organization and drive resultsPropose HR strategies aligned with business goals Retention and recruitment of talentIdentify potential retention risks and develop strategies to mitigateAlign pay and benefits with divisional goals and performancePartner with recruiting center of excellence to recruit talent as neededTalent management organizational development succession planning and talent developmentPerform Talent Assessments and Reviews as a basis for continual organizational improvement and succession planningIdentify training needs for teams and individuals to support the succession plan and ensure future leadership continuityWork closely with management and employees to maintain andor improve work relationships promote engagement build morale and increase productivity and retentionResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances through a systematic approach ensuring fair and consistent resolutions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while adapting to local laws and cultureMonitoring and reporting of meaningful workforce metricsPerformance ratings compensation turnover years of service demographics etc.Governance and complianceInsure adoption of corporate HR policies and programsPartner with legal and compliance to address issuesQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
