About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and advance our HR strategy across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This role is pivotal in shaping a modern, business partner focused HR organization that enables growth, strengthens leadership capability, and delivers a best-in-class employee experience across the region.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will lead the Americas HR organization, partner closely with senior leaders, and play a key role in aligning regional execution with our global people strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the HR function across the Americas, ensuring alignment with the company's global HR strategy.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Evolve the regional HR operating model into a true business partnership, leveraging best practices and scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy global initiatives efficiently and effectively.
  • Support enterprise level priorities.
  • Equip leaders to apply HR strategies consistently and hold teams accountable for people outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain executive level HR metrics and dashboards to track workforce trends, turnover, development progress, and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered for candidates with 12+ years of relevant HR leadership experience)
  • Proven experience leading multi country or regional HR organizations
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-20% across North America and Latin America

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high performing HR teams
  • Experience operating in global organizations
