Position

Bulgari Corporation of America is seeking a Human Resources Director to support the Latin America & Caribbean region across both corporate and retail populations with corporate offices in Miami, Mexico and Sao Paulo, and retail stores in Mexico, Brazil and the Caribbean.

This role will oversee a broad range of HR functions throughout the region, including employee relations, talent acquisition, development and retention, performance management, career development, organizational design, succession planning, compliance, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources Director will develop a deep understanding of Bulgari's business operations and strategic priorities to ensure HR initiatives are fully aligned with organizational goals. This individual will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving people-focused solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

The position will collaborate with the Americas HR team for the successful execution of regional and global HR initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles across Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees in partnership with the manager and the Payroll & HR Operations Specialist. Coach and support people managers in effectively leading their team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Drive clear and consistent communication of company policies, practices, and key initiatives.
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity, and fair management practices.
  • Champion employee engagement programs to enhance workplace experience and retention.
  • Manage the local payroll providers In Mexico, Brazil and St Barth. Ensure legal requirements are met and provide guidance to local employees.
  • Lead the annual Performance Management cycle (ICR) and budget exercises in partnership wit Director, Compensation and Benefits and Americas VP Human Resources. .
  • Lead talent review and succession planning efforts, identifying gaps and implementing development action plans.
  • Foster company and group talent mobility and partnerships.
  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits team on local compensation market analysis and recommendations.
  • Responsible for HR data submission monthly and yearly to Headquarters and the LVMH group/
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects, gathering stakeholder input and ensuring successful execution.

Profile

  • 10-15 years in Human Resources and people management.
  • Must be experienced with Brazil labor law. Experience with other Latin America & Caribbean markets is a plus.
  • Luxury retail experience required.
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish preferable and French a plus.
  • Strong communication, team building, collaboration and people management skills.
  • Confidentiality and ability to provide objective feedback are a must.
  • Ability to deal with high complexity and fast paced environment.
