- Review, develop, and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), and other solicitation documents for products and services, ensuring compliance with district, state, federal, and special-purpose requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
- Master's Degree from an accredited university preferred
- CTSBO, CPPO, CPPB license/certification preferred
- Five years of directly related experience including three years of experience as a buyer in either an institutional/government or school district purchasing environment, including five years of supervisory experience and administrative/regulatory experience required.
