POSITION OVERVIEW
As a
Director, Industrial Security, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise security programs.
- Lead security initiatives across IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, Communications, and other functional organizations.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Minimize risks associated with personnel, facilities, classified information, foreign travel, and company assets.
- Provide guidance regarding classified, proprietary, and sensitive information protection.
- Advise leadership on security risks, compliance, and mitigation strategies.
- Interpret government security requirements and resolve security-related issues with government representatives.
- Serve as a liaison with intelligence, investigative, law enforcement, and security agencies.
- Coordinate investigations and inquiries involving security violations, threats, fraud, theft, and ethical concerns.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational transitions from a security perspective.
- Support executive protection and high-profile visitor security activities.
- Assist with crisis management and emergency response planning.
- Develop audit, inspection, and assessment programs to evaluate security effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal
Director, Industrial Security would be someone with deep experience in many of the following:
- Bachelor s Degree with 15+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 13+ years; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Minimum 5 years supervising direct reports.
- Government and/or industrial security program experience.
- Experience supporting classified environments and security compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of ITAR, NATO, SCI, SAP, foreign government information, emergency management, policy development, and risk analysis.
- Experience working with U.S. Government intelligence agencies, DoD, and federal/state/local security and law enforcement agencies.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
