Confidential Executive Opportunity | Senior Manufacturing Technology Leader
Arlington, TX (100% onsite | relocation provided)
One of the world's most advanced and rapidly expanding manufacturing organizations is seeking a transformational technology executive to lead global ITS strategy across a highly complex semiconductor manufacturing environment.
This is a rare opportunity to own and scale enterprise manufacturing technology operations supporting:
• Advanced wafer fabrication environments
• Global assembly & test operations
• Factory automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Enterprise-wide manufacturing systems and infrastructure
The executive will oversee a global organization of ~300 employees with leadership teams spanning the U.S., India, Taiwan, Germany, and Mexico.

Key focus areas include:
• Factory throughput optimization
• AI/ML-driven manufacturing intelligence

• Lights-out / next-generation manufacturing initiatives

Compensation:
Target total compensation: $700K–$800K+
(Base salary around $400K + executive bonus + company bonus + substantial equity)
