The Director of Innovation will lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, including large language models, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems, while modernizing the division's approach to software development, data analytics, and process automation.This role will also be responsible for standing up an enterprise-wide data and analytics capability, including the design and construction of unified data models and operational ontologies that connect core business domains, and training internal teams to build upon and extend these capabilities independently.

Physical demands: This position is primarily office-based and requires the ability to perform work while seated for extended periods. The role involves frequent use of a computer, including prolonged viewing of a monitor and continuous typing on a keyboard. Occasional walking within the office and light handling of documents or office supplies (under 15 lbs) may be required. The employee must have adequate visual acuity for reading and data entry and the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Employees must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) for their work areas.
Work environment: Work environment is primarily office based, with a low noise level.
Normal work schedule: Monday through Friday, working hours to be determined. Occasionally extended hours or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise.
