Director, Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns (2026-46)
The Director of Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns owns the strategy, planning, and performance of AAA-ICDR’s marketing campaigns, and will drive activities that enable brand awareness, product growth, stakeholder adoption, and new category creation. This role ensures that all marketing campaigns are aligned to clear business goals, targeted to the right audiences, deliver measurable outcomes, and are executed as part of a cohesive demand strategy.
This leader will partner closely with Business Development, Product, and other marketing functions to define campaign objectives, establish success metrics, and ensure that marketing efforts drive meaningful engagement and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of B2B demand generation, campaign strategy, events, and performance optimization, and is comfortable bringing structure and accountability to a complex, cross-functional environment.

Work Environment
Candidates must reside within 125 miles of NYHQ located in Downtown Manhattan, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $132,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead integrated campaign strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and leads across priority lines of business.
- Establish clear objectives, target audiences, messaging direction, and channel mix for all major campaigns, including events, product launches, and thought leadership.
Event Strategy & Business Alignment
- Bring structure and consistency to event planning by following introducing clear frameworks for prioritization, tiering, and expected outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance on how to maximize impact and engagement before, during, and after the event.
Performance Ownership & Optimization
- Own campaign performance, including engagement, event attendance, and contribution to broader demand generation goals.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns and events; regularly analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous optimization of campaign strategies, messaging, and channel performance.
Engagement and Nurture
- Develop and lead always-on nurture strategies that extend engagement beyond initial touchpoints, ensuring audiences are guided through a cohesive and intentional journey over time.
- Design segmented follow-up approaches for key audiences, tailoring messaging and cadence to drive deeper engagement and progression.
- Build and optimize multi-touch nurture programs that connect events, content, and campaigns — moving beyond one-off communications to sustained audience engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, Content, Creative, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Serve as the central point of accountability for campaign direction, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, roles, and expectations.
- Provide clear campaign briefs and direction to execution teams.
- Conduct campaign post-mortems to foster a culture of accountability and performance, and to drive continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign strategy roles in AI, legal tech, or professional services organizations. Experience running global marketing campaigns a plus.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce to track campaign performance, manage lead flows, and support alignment between marketing and business development.
- Proven success developing and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience leveraging events as a strategic marketing channel within broader campaign frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales/BD, product, and creative teams.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring structure to complex environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
