Director – IT Asset Management (ServiceNow HAM & SAM) is responsible for implementing, operationalizing, and owning Penn Medicine's enterprise IT Asset Management capability across both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). This role serves as the single accountable owner for establishing ServiceNow as the authoritative system of record for all technology assets, entitlements, and lifecycle workflows across Penn Medicine's clinical, research, and operational environments. The Director leads the design and execution of end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, establishes enterprise data integrity and governance standards, and drives the integration of asset management capabilities across infrastructure, procurement, identity, financial, and clinical systems. This role is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes including cost optimization, license compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency through a governed, data-driven asset management program. The Director owns both the implementation and ongoing operations of the HAM and SAM program, leads a team of asset management professionals, and partners across Infrastructure, Information Security, Procurement, Finance, Clinical Engineering, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure enterprise-wide asset visibility, compliance, and value realization.
