_Director IT for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC_

_Responsibilities:_

+ Lead and drive the architectural design of our Field Services and other SFDC platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

+ Manage a team of architects and developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

+ Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting professional growth and development.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design solutions.

+ Influence the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns across projects.

+ Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into an effective architecture.

+ Conduct performance assessments and implement optimizations as needed.

_YOU MUST HAVE:_

+ Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 8 years of IT experience.

+ Must have 4 years of experience with the following: proven ability to drive successful Salesforce development projects and initiatives; and Field Service domain experience (Salesforce or other platforms).

+ Must have 2 years of experience with the following: experience designing and configuring on Salesforce platform; and experience designing and defining data flow diagrams between Salesforce and other boundary systems; and experience in people management, including providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

+ Up to 10% international and domestic travel required.

+ Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_

+ Location: Charlotte, NC

+ 40 hours/week

+ Employee Referral Fee: $1500
