Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning•* Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.•* Identify emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.•* Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.Program & Portfolio Management•* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs and projects.•* Establish and manage program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.•* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Engagement•* Serve as a key liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.•* Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.•* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts.Team Leadership•* Lead and mentor a team of program managers, project managers, and analysts.•* Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.•* Support professional development and succession planning within the team.Risk & Compliance•* Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives and technology programs.•* Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:•* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).•* 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, program management, or enterprise project leadership.•* Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.•* Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.•* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:•* Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.•* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.•* Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).
The base salary range for this position is:
$210,000 -230,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
