Title: Director, Lead Field / Network Engineer
Location: Secaucus, NJ (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation:
Pay Range:$200,000-$300,000 Per Year
Description
Join our dynamic team in a full-time role as a senior technical leader.
Based in Secaucus, NJ, you will oversee the establishment and management of technical operations.
This position demands expertise in network infrastructure and leadership, requiring hands-on experience with various technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small engineering team, setting technical and professional culture.
Perform installation and maintenance of network and telecommunication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
Manage the setup and operational readiness of technical operations centers.
Provide after-hours technical support as part of an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
10+ years of engineering experience supporting technical programs.
Experience with IP-related services and network hardware installation.
2+ years of leadership experience, including team mentoring.
Ability to lift and install equipment, working under raised floors.
Full-time onsite presence required.
