Mavis Tire - Director, Marketing Analytics

The Director, Marketing Analytics will support the marketing team and provide strategic guidance and develop a comprehensive analytical framework leading to sound business decisions and recommendations marketing initiatives through rigorous analysis of data from varied internal and external sources while fostering a collaborative environment with other third party and internal associates.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis for Marketing Performance

  • Lead tracking and analysis of key metrics from customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Develop measurement strategies for all marketing initiatives.
  • Apply descriptive and summary statistical techniques for discovery and timely insights.

Data Visualization and Reporting

  • Build and manage analytical assets, including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling programs.
  • Drive creation of user-friendly dashboards and reports to support data driven decision making for all marketing channels.

Insight Generation and Recommendations

  • Critically examine opportunities and alternatives for marketing business cases.
  • Provide insights to business leaders regarding impactful analysis findings.
  • Develop and present learnings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.

Data Governance and Integration

  • Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing data sources.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for business problem solving throughout the marketing and analytics departments.

Marketing Performance Improvement

  • Support measurement of test results of different tactics across multiple channels to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Integrate data analytics to understand customer behavior, preferences, and journey.
  • Recommend marketing activities based on consumer information and campaign results.

Partnership and Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing agencies to develop analytical activities.
  • Monitor external digital media and marketing trends and keep the organization aware of future opportunities on the analytics front.
