As Director, Marketing & Customer Experience, you will lead a global marketing team and play a key role in strengthening our market position, elevating customer experience, driving commercial growth, and shaping how customers and partners experience the AD&M brand.

This is more than a marketing leadership role. It is an opportunity to influence business strategy, champion customer-centricity, drive digital transformation, and help position TE as the trusted partner for mission-critical solutions across air, sea, land, and space.

What You'll Do

As a member of the commercial leadership team, you will:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, and executive leaders to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Strengthen customer understanding through insights, segmentation, Voice of Customer programs, customer journey development, and NPS engagement.
• Lead external communications, brand positioning, PR, thought leadership, media relations, and M&A-related marketing communications.
• Drive demand generation, account-based marketing, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, channel marketing, and distributor engagement strategies.
• Deliver high-impact trade shows, events, and field marketing programs that generate measurable business value.
• Champion digital innovation, automation, AI and GenAI capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing global marketing organization.
• Establish a data-driven culture that measures marketing performance, customer engagement, and return on investment.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused leader who combines commercial thinking with marketing excellence.

You will likely have:

• Several years of B2B marketing experience across multiple marketing disciplines.
• Experience leading global marketing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• A track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Strong expertise in areas such as brand strategy, product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, customer insights, sales enablement, and channel marketing.
• Experience working with technical products, complex customer buying journeys, and distribution-based business models.
• Strong digital marketing capabilities and a passion for leveraging data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
• Experience supporting business transformation, commercial excellence initiatives, and ideally M&A integration activities.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $175,000 - $210,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
