A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Work Preparation and Planning to oversee internal logistics, production planning, industrial engineering, and Lean strategies across its U.S. operations.

Salary: $95K–$115K + benefits
This role drives operational excellence in the supply chain, managing inventory, capacity planning, and logistics network optimization. The Director leads production planning teams, ensures efficient material flow, and uses SAP systems to maintain optimal production output.
Key responsibilities include implementing Lean initiatives like Kaizen and Shop Floor Management, supporting SIOP processes, improving cost efficiency, and fostering data-driven decision-making. The role also supports new product launches through BOM accuracy, routing development, and cost analysis.
Candidates should have strong experience in supply chain leadership, manufacturing environments, SAP, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Experience in fabrication or assembly manufacturing is preferred.
