Job Description
Red Okie, LLC operates two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Midwest City, Oklahoma. We are hiring a Director.
A Director owns restaurant execution and the leaders who produce it. Reporting to the Executive Director, you are accountable for the standard holding across every daypart, whether or not you are present. This is the role directly below Executive Director and it is a deliberate step toward Chick-fil-A franchise candidacy for the person who wants it.
What You Will Own
- Own restaurant execution across all dayparts in the absence of the Executive Director.Develop Managers and Assistant Managers on a documented coaching cadence.
- Own one or more Critical Success Factors and the results attached to them.Build leadership depth below you so the restaurant runs correctly without you present.
- Own hiring, training, and retention outcomes within your area of responsibility.Hold the standard for how results are achieved, not only whether they are achieved.
What You Bring
- Three or more years leading leaders, not only leading individual contributors.A record of developing people who were later promoted.
- Comfort reading and acting on operational and financial data.The willingness to have hard conversations and the judgment to have them well.
- Availability for full time hours including weekends.Must be 18 years of age or older.
What We Provide
- Direct development from a Multi-Unit Operator with an established record of producing Chick-fil-A franchisees.A defined scope of ownership and the authority to run it.
- Written standards, a leadership scorecard, and regular structured coaching.A path toward Executive Director and, for the right person, toward Chick-fil-A franchise candidacy.
- Closed every Sunday. Limited holiday hours.
Pay and Benefits
Starting rate: $23.00 per hour.
Monthly health insurance contribution of $550 after 60 days of employment. - Dental and vision insurance available.Sick pay and vacation pay. Accrual begins at hire and time is available for use after 60 days of employment. Accrual terms are described in the Team Member Handbook.
