Position Summary
The Director, Network Operations plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company's Information Technology functions. The role is primarily responsible, under intermittent to little supervision, for developing and maintaining all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. He or she provides recommendations for architecture, system upgrades, patches, new applications, and new equipment for the organization.
Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 annually.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant's geographical location.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent computer-related Degree from a technical school, or similar training.
Minimum seven years total experience in network administration related role(s).
Minimum three years supervisory or leadership experience.
Expert level knowledge of technical equipment and systems.
Prior experience in roles related to IT disaster recovery/business continuity planning and recovery required.
Fluency with:
Cisco CCNA, CCNP + Voice
Cisco Routing and Switching, BGP, VLAN, WAN, Internet
Cisco Meraki firewalls
Cisco Wireless Controllers
Cisco Access Control
Telco Router setup and configuration
Zscaler
Sonicwall
Network monitoring and backup with PRTG, Solarwinds and other utilities
Windows, VMware, Cisco UC and UCS virtual environments
Windows 11 and Active Directory
Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to learn/adapt to new technologies and techniques.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
