Oura is redefining what it means to know your body — and the world is taking notice. Over the past three years, we have delivered 100% year-over-year growth, expanding from zero retail partners in 2023 to a rapidly growing network of major accounts across North America, with significant new launches planned this year and beyond. We are now seeking a Director, North America Logistics to be the operational architect of that growth.
This is a senior leadership role with full P&L visibility and end-to-end accountability across all North America fulfillment channels: Retail (brick-and-mortar and key account wholesale), Direct-to-Consumer (D2C/eCommerce), and Commercial (B2B/enterprise). You will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our logistics network, drive customer on-time delivery (OTD) performance, lead cost optimization initiatives, and spearhead the systems and automation agenda that will scale Oura’s operations for the next phase of growth. You will lead a team of direct reports and serve as the most senior logistics voice in North America, reporting into global supply chain leadership.

What we offer:
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Tier 1 Annual Base Range: $226,100- $266,000
