- Active Arizona RN license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field required; MSN preferred.
- 5+ years of nursing management experience in an acute care hospital.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in surgical and cardiac procedural services preferred.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance experience.
- Lead daily nursing operations and oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
- Manage departmental budgets, payroll, and supply chain operations.
- Hire, mentor, evaluate, and develop nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO), CMS, HIPAA, and hospital policies.
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes.
