Key Responsibilities for the Director of Accounting and Finance:

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and audits
• Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives
• Manage and mentor accounting and finance staff

Qualifications for the Director of Accounting and Finance:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• CPA or advanced degree preferred
