About our client
Our client is a well-established direct-to-consumer brand in the consumer-products space, located in northwest Los Angeles. With a strong e-commerce engine and continued growth, they are ready to add a senior finance leader.
The opportunity
A rare hands-on leadership seat — own the numbers today and grow into the senior finance leader of the business. You will run accounting end to end, build the reporting leadership relies on, and partner with the executive team on strategy, costing, and planning. This is a player-coach role: strategic in scope, but close enough to the details to own the close and walk the floor.
What you'll own
The full accounting function — close, financial statements, cash, AR, controls — for a multichannel e-commerce business.
E-commerce / DTC accounting end to end: marketplace settlements, payment processors, sales-tax nexus, inventory, COGS, and channel-level margin.
The reporting and analysis that guide decisions — daily KPIs through full financials.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning; the banking relationship.
Partnership with leadership on costing, pricing, and strategy — with a path to broader finance leadership.
Leadership and development of the accounting team.
What you bring
8+ years in accounting/finance, including senior leadership (Controller/Director level).
