In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all accounting operations across a growing real estate portfolio, ensuring financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and industry standards. What You'll Do

As the Director of Accounting, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee consolidated financial statements across multiple properties and entities.
  • Partner with Operations, Acquisitions, and Property Management teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize accounting systems to support company growth and scalability.
  • Strengthen and monitor internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Analyze portfolio performance through variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Manage critical accounting functions including reconciliations, journal
