Key Responsibilities for the Director of Accounting:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and month‑end close
- Lead and support the senior accounting team and workflow execution
- Support audit review and financial oversight activities
- Partner on the NetSuite instance transition and system upgrades
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on accounting operations and process improvements
Qualifications for the Director of Accounting:
- Director‑ or Controller‑level accounting leadership experience (or higher)
- Strong, hands‑on NetSuite experience
- Background supporting system implementations or upgrades
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Salary: $150,000–$180,000
