Description

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking an experienced Director of Accounts Payable Transformation to support a large-scale ERP implementation and stabilization initiative. This highly visible role will lead invoice operations, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaboration as the organization completes a major finance transformation. Summary: This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level AP or Procure-to-Pay leader who has successfully supported Oracle Fusion implementations, global shared services environments, and large-scale operational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay invoicing operations during ERP go-live, hypercare, and stabilization efforts
  • Oversee invoice processing activities across multiple systems and platforms during active migration
  • Drive resolution of invoice holds, aged invoices, processing backlogs, and exception management
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and operational stakeholders to resolve complex business issues
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational performance metrics
  • Lead governance, risk management, and operational readiness initiatives during system stabilization
  • Provide leadership and direction to global teams supporting invoicing operations across multiple locations

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or Shared Services experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, go-lives, and hypercare environments
  • Strong background in invoice processing, hold resolution, aged invoice remediation, and operational excellence
  • Experience managing invoice operations across multiple ERP platforms during system migrations
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven success building dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
