Director of Actuarial Services opportunity with an established insurer leading core actuarial initiatives and advancing analytics, machine learning and AI in Florida s evolving Homeowners market. Actuarial leadership spans pricing, reserving, profitability and catastrophe risk while partnering with the Vice President and executive leadership on reinsurance and broader business decisions. Director will lead and develop actuarial staff while strengthening the function s tools and capabilities. Seeking an ACAS with 6+ years P&C actuarial experience and strong leadership capabilities. FCAS, Florida Homeowners, regulatory and catastrophe modeling experience preferred.
