Director of Administrative Services - HR Generalist/ Payroll
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, customer-service-oriented Director of Administrative Services/ Payroll/HR professional with a strong background in HR and payroll processingto serve at our beautiful and luxurious community. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Human Resource, clerical, organizational, and payroll skills in general and, in particular, have excellent people skills. The Director of Administrative Services provides a wide range of Human Resources and Business Office support to management and staff of the assisted living community. Offers advisement and oversight in conjunction with the Executive Director on Employee Recruitment, Progressive Discipline, Performance Management, and Employee Relations matters while facilitating positive relationships between Directors and Employees. Supervises the concierge/reception staff, ensuring proper training, coverage, management of performance and compliance with company expectations. Administers the life cycle of an employee from new hire to separation of employment to include employee benefits support, payroll and data control. Has an overall knowledge and strong understanding of community policies and practices in order to best support the Executive Director within the Community.
Schedule: Sun-Thurs (9am-5:30pm)
Additional responsibilities include:

Full-time schedule requires working one weekend day per week (Sun-Thurs 9am-5:30pm).
