Description
Neumann University is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the full-time position of Director of Admission Technology & Operations/Slate Captain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Slate administrator, managing application workflows, forms, portals, events, decision processes, communications, queries, reports, dashboards, and datasets.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
Supervise Admissions Technology and Operations staff while supporting application processing, admissions workflows, and enrollment initiatives.
Improve business processes, assist with application cycles and committee reviews, and maintain system and operational documentation.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor enrollment metrics and recruitment performance, ensure data accuracy across systems, and support institutional reporting and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Information Technology to manage Slate integrations with Colleague and third-party systems, validate automated data processes and integrations, and conduct routine data audits and quality assurance.
Train and support admissions staff on Slate functionality and best practices, develop user guides and training materials, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend process improvements based on user feedback.
Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment and admissions workflows through Slate enhancements, automation, and enrollment management best practices. Participate in University committees and external professional organizations and activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree.
Experience administering or supporting the Slate CRM platform.
Experience working in admissions, enrollment management, or higher education operations.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and functionality.
Knowledge of admissions and enrollment management practices.
Experience building reports, queries, and dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Prolonged periods of computer work.
Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend recruitment events as needed.
Valid driver's license
Candidates must possess an understanding of, appreciation for, and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree.
Familiarity with Colleague, the University's student information system.
Project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
