Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, marketing, or HR.
Five to seven years of experience in higher education.
Five to seven years of experience in enrollment management.
Five years of marketing experience.
Five to seven years of experience in managing professional staff.
Expertise in quality and process management, including lean and six sigma techniques.
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets.
Demonstrated experience working with university administrators and faculty.
Deep knowledge of higher education-related enrollment management, marketing (especially strategy development and digital marketing), and recruitment strategies and best practices.
Possesses a process-centric, data-driven, and results-focused outlook with a bias toward action.
Ability to think strategically, translate strategic intent and goals to operational plans, and assure progress at the tactical level.
Excels in a dynamic, action-oriented environment with the capacity to listen carefully, think logically and creatively, learn quickly, and work effectively.
In light of strategic intent and goals, ability to distinguish between the critical, the urgent, the routine and then prioritize, self-initiate, and self-manage.
Demonstrated excellence and expertise in project management, to include a track record of successfully planning, coordinating, and managing multiple complex projects and large budgets simultaneously.
Proven skills and expertise in the development and use of data analysis, metrics, and process management.
Collegial, with the ability to work, influence, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners in a team setting.
Ability to form productive cross-functional relationships and work partnerships
