Director of Admissions

Taylor College is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team and drive student recruitment and enrollment efforts. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated admissions or sales professional who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, hire, train, coach, and manage Admissions personnel.

Oversee daily admissions activities and staffing to effectively manage inquiry and applicant flow.

Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct annual reviews.

Coordinate recruitment events, including Open Houses, Orientation, and Career Awareness Days.

Conduct at least two training sessions each month for Admissions and Education staff.

Partner with Education staff to strengthen student relationships, goal-setting, accountability, and retention.

Address student concerns and conduct regular student check-ins.

Develop partnerships with agencies and organizations that fund student training.

Monitor and report admissions metrics while supporting monthly and annual enrollment goals.

Ensure compliance with ABHES and ACEN requirements related to recruitment, advertising, and disclosures.
