The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Adult Day Services to lead our Day Habilitation and Traditional Programs in Livingston, NJ. This is a high-impact role responsible for daily operations, regulatory compliance, and team development within our IDD/DD service lines.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Oversight: Execute short- and long-term goals for Adult Day Services and Day Programs.

Regulatory Excellence: Ensure all services align with ISP goals and NJ DDD regulatory requirements.

Clinical Partnership: Collaborate with clinical teams to support the medical and behavioral needs of participants.

People Leadership: Supervise Assistant Directors and site staff, focusing on coaching, performance, and scheduling.

Quality Management: Drive consistency across program sites through rigorous documentation and operational reporting.



What You Bring

Education: Master’s in Special Education or related field (with 5+ years of IDD leadership) OR a Bachelor’s degree (with 7+ years of relevant experience).

Expertise: Proven success in managing Day Habilitation or IDD Program operations and NJ DDD compliance.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for travel between local sites.
