Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD) is looking for a compassionate and motivated leader to join our team as the Director of Adult Development Programs. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting adults with developmental disabilities while leading a dedicated team in a positive and rewarding environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support Adult Clinical Services programs
• Supervise and mentor coordinators and staff
• Ensure quality care and compliance standards are met
• Help create meaningful opportunities for members to grow and succeed
• Oversee daily operations, documentation, staffing, and program development
• Build positive relationships with members, families, staff, and community partners

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Services required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid Arkansas Driver's License required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain
