Director of Adult Education
Xavier University invites applications for the position of Director of Adult Education, a strategic leadership role dedicated to supporting the important demographic of adult undergraduate learners at Xavier, expanding opportunities for them, and strengthening pathways to degree completion.
Reporting to the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, the Director of Adult Education will provide institution-wide leadership for adult learner initiatives, working collaboratively across Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, and Xavier's academic colleges. The successful candidate will offer vision in shaping and implementing strategies that support adult student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation, all grounded in Xavier University's mission of educational excellence and student success. Additionally, the successful candidate will use data-informed decision making and market insights to enhance the adult learner experience from initial inquiry through degree completion.
