Advisory Director
A growing Advisory and Accounting Services firm is seeking an Advisory Diector to join its expanding team. This firm partners with businesses to provide strategic financial guidance, accounting solutions, and operational improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex business challenges, and playing a key role in the continued growth of an advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advisory engagements focused on improving client financial operations and performance
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to business owners and leadership teams
- Analyze financial data and develop meaningful insights to support decision-making
- Assist clients with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted financial advisor
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls
- Oversee engagement timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive advisory solutions
- Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting, advisory, or public accounting experience
- Experience working directly with clients in an advisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting processes, and business operations
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- CPA preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000 – $175,000, based on experience
