If you're passionate about using technology to improve human life, this is where your work truly matters What you will accomplish in this role We are seeking a Director of Agile Coaching to guide enterprise Agile transformation efforts while developing and scaling the capabilities of our coaching practice. This individual will provide strategic and technical leadership, mentor junior coaches and Scrum Masters, and drive enterprise-wide agile maturity. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, product-centric delivery models, DevOps integration, and outcome-based performance metrics. Major Responsibilities: Leadership & Capability Development Lead and develop a community of Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters across multiple portfolios and domains. Design and implement onboarding frameworks, Agile bootcamps, Sprint 0 and capability maturity models. Foster a learning culture through mentoring, talent development, and leadership coaching. Leadership Upskilling & Transformation Enablement Design and deliver leadership training programs that promote agile mindsets, systems thinking, and adaptive leadership behaviors. Facilitate executive and senior leader coaching sessions to foster alignment with Agile values, OKR-driven planning, and product operating models. Build custom enablement strategies for business and technology leaders to grow competencies in Agile governance, lean funding, and team empowerment. Support change agents and transformation champions by curating tailored content, playbooks, and immersive learning experiences. Establish executive learning journeys and communities of practice to reinforce agile leadership habits at scale. Strategic Enterprise Coaching Coach senior leadership, Product Management, and delivery teams on Agile strategy, value delivery, and OKR alignment. Champion lean portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and cross-domain dependency management. Drive MVP framing, customer value validation, and roadmap standardization. Technical Agility & Tooling Lead Agile at scale enablement integrated with DevOps, TDD/BDD, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering KPIs. Guide the implementation of technical excellence practices and the integration of agility into software development lifecycle (SDLC). Champion Azure DevOps (ADO) governance, reporting standards, and dashboard creation for flow efficiency. Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement Design and monitor key flow, productivity, and quality metrics across teams and portfolios. Use insights from cycle time, lead time, throughput, and OKR success rates to coach on systemic improvements. Establish measurement standards to assess agile maturity and training effectiveness. Community & Enablement Lead the Agile Community of Practice (CoP) and other communities focused on product, engineering, and DevOps excellence. Evangelize customer-centric thinking, experimentation, and innovation across the organization. Support cultural transformation and organizational agility at scale. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related Field - Required 10+ years of experience in Agile transformation, coaching, and delivery leadership within technology environments - Required Proven experience leading Agile practices across complex, cross-functional Technical environments. - Required Extensive experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, including aligning work with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). - Required Background in managing technical agility (e.g., DevOps, BDD/TDD) and performance metrics. - Required Licenses, Certifications, & Training: Advanced Agile Coaching Certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, ICP-ENT, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC)) - Required DevOps, Technical Agility, or Agile Engineering certifications (e.g., ICAgile DevOps, SAFe DevOps) - Preferred Training in leadership development, systems thinking, or organizational design - Preferred Work Location/Schedule: Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park) Onsite: M-F, 8am - 5pm Travel Required: This job may require up to 25% travel.
