    We are seeking a strategicandresults-drivenDirectorofAIDeliverytojoinourteaminChicago,Illinois.Thisleaderwilldriveenterprise-wideAIadoption,accelerateAIdeploymentacrossbusinessfunctions,anddelivermeasurablebusinessimpact.TheDirectorofAIDeliverywillpartnercloselywithexecutiveleadership,functionalleaders,andtheAICenterofExcellencetotransformbusinessstrategyintoscalableAI-enabledsolutionsthatimproveproductivity,operationalefficiency,andgrowth.

    • LeadenterpriseAIdeploymentinitiativesacrossSupplyChain,Finance,HR,Sales&Marketing,IT,andEngineering.
    • DrivestrategicAIprojectsfromconceptthroughproductiondeployment,ensuringmeasurablebusinessoutcomesandROI.
    • PartnerwithexecutiveleadershipandbusinessstakeholderstoalignAIinvestmentswithlong-termbusinessobjectives.
    • CollaboratewiththeAICenterofExcellencetoguideAIarchitecture,platformdecisions,andimplementationstrategies.
    • TranslatebusinessprioritiesintoscalableAIcapabilitiesandadoptionplans.
    • LeadprocessredesigneffortstooptimizeworkflowsbeforeautomationandAIdeployment.
    • Establishperformancemetricsandgovernanceprocessestotrackadoption,valuecreation,andbusinessimpact.
    • DrivechangemanagementandenterpriseadoptioninitiativestomaximizeAIutilizationacrosstheorganization.
    • Presentprogress,outcomes,andstrategicrecommendationstoexecutiveleadership.
    • Buildexecutiondiscipline,visibility,andaccountabilityacrosstheAIportfolio.

    About You:

    • Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,InformationSystems,Business,orrelatedfield.Master'sdegreepreferred.
    • 10+yearsofexperienceleadinglarge-scaletechnology,digitaltransformation,orAIinitiatives.
    • ProvenexperiencedeployingenterpriseAIsolutionsthatdeliveredmeasurablebusinessresults.
    • Demonstratedsuccessleadingcross-functionalprogramsandinfluencingexecutivestakeholders.
    • ExperiencewithGenerativeAI,AgenticAI,LargeLanguageModels(LLMs),andenterpriseAIimplementation.
    • FamiliaritywithAzureAItechnologies,AzureFoundry,enterprisesystemsintegration,andAI-enabledworkflows.
    • StrongbusinessacumenwiththeabilitytoconnecttechnologyinvestmentstobusinessoutcomesandROI.
    • Experienceleadingorganizationalchangemanagementandtechnologyadoptioninitiatives.
    • Excellentcommunication,executivepresentation,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
    • Manufacturing,industrialtechnology,oroperationalenvironmentexperiencepreferred.
