    The Role

    Looking for your next career opportunity with Fidelity? Fidelity Private Shares group is seeking a Director of Analytics for Growth and Marketing to join the team and help transform marketing into an AI-enabled, LLM-integrated growth engine grounded in data, automation, and continuous learning! This opportunity is suited to someone who is experienced in Demand Generation and passionate about orchestrating a full-funnel pipeline, augmented by AI. The right candidate will be excited to help traditional Product Marketing evolve into more continuous positioning with real-time message iteration across segments, industries, and accounts. Meanwhile, traditional SEO will evolve towards AI Engine Optimization, with a goals of maximizing presence online efficiently.

    The Skills and Expertise You Bring

    • Apply quantitative analysis and experimentation frameworks to evaluate marketing performance and pricing strategies: 10%

    • Develop and implement AI Engine Optimization strategies, ensuring content is structured and optimized for ingestion, retrieval, and citation by LLMs and AI-driven search platforms: 15%

    • Orchestrate a full-funnel demand generation pipeline supported by data-driven automation and machine assistance: 20%

    • Complete end-to-end marketing programs across channels (paid, email, web) while embedding AI and LLM-driven capabilities into campaign design, content generation, and audience targeting: 20%

    • Implement testing and optimization frameworks for continuous message iteration across client segments and accounts: 20%

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to integrate first-party data, analytics, and model-driven insights into a unified view of the customer lifecycle: 15%

    • Knowledge of the use of LLMs for content generation, analysis, and workflow automation

    • Experience with demand generation and product marketing

    • An understanding of structured data and schema design

    • Data analytics capabilities

    The Team

    Fidelity Private Shares is growing integration of AI across its technology and product platforms. This role will apply those capabilities to marketing—enhancing the analysis and optimization of spend, and advancing demand generation and product marketing execution. In a constantly evolving landscape, and alongside Fidelity’s broader adoption of these technologies, this role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead with an entrepreneurial mindset. The Director of Analytics for Growth and Marketing will help define and scale FPS’s use of marketing-focused AI and LLMs, with the autonomy to design, test, and refine approaches ahead of broader implementation. Initial guidance will be provided by the Head of Fidelity Private Shares.

    Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
    Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

    The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.  

    Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
