Job Summary:
Expected Role & Responsibilities
Leadership Oversight
- Provide direct leadership for the following IT clinical domains:
- Nursing
- Therapies and Rehabilitation
- Women’s Health
- Behavioral Health
- Surgery and Anesthesia
- Laboratory IT
EMR Strategy & Implementation
- Serve as the primary IT lead for EMR planning and execution
- Collaborate closely with:
- ALKU (implementation partner)
- QHC leadership
Governance & Alignment
- Act as a key liaison with QHC governance teams
- Ensure EMR implementation remains:
- Strategically aligned
- Operationally coordinated
- Clinically effective
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in EMR implementations and healthcare operations
