Director of Beverage Operations

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all beverage operations throughout MotorCity Casino Hotel. 
• Develop and implement beverage service standards that support exceptional guest experiences. 
• Lead, coach, and develop Beverage Team to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Foster a culture focused on guest service, associate engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
• Ensure consistent execution of beverage programs, service standards, and operational procedures across all venues.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, Casino Operations, Marketing, and other departments to optimize guest experiences. 
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiencies while controlling expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize pricing, quality, and service levels.
• Create and execute innovative beverage programs aligned with market trends and guest preferences. 
• Manage beverage menu development, pricing strategies, promotions, and special events. 
• Implement best practices for cost management and inventory accuracy. 
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, gaming, and liquor control regulations.
• Maintain adherence to responsible alcohol service standards and policies. 
• Ensure all beverage operations pass regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum five years of management experience in a full-service food and beverage operation. 
• Exceptional guest service mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 
• Strong knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, cost controls, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple operational departments. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Outstanding conflict resolution and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with beverage inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
