    Description

    Overview

    Responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, and optimization of enterprise business applications, with primary accountability for ERP and HCM systems, as well as emerging platforms including AI, RPA, and various other non‑clinical solutions. Provides leadership over technical teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance resources, ensuring system stability, security, performance, and alignment with organizational priorities. Partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑value non‑clinical solutions that support operational excellence and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership for enterprise business applications.
    • Lead and manage technical resources, including application developers, system administrators, and quality assurance teams, ensuring effective performance, engagement, and professional development.
    • Establish and manage application roadmaps that align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Coordinate and prioritize application projects and enhancements, ensuring appropriate allocation of technical resources to meet timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.
    • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, security, data integrity, and governance of all supported applications and modules.
    • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, functional teams, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver system capabilities that meet evolving business needs.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators, including contract oversight, deliverable management, and performance evaluation.
    • Oversee system upgrades, patches, integrations, data migrations, and architectural initiatives across ERP and adjacent platforms.
    • Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, release management, and testing standards across all initiatives.
    • Complete all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Required to have Bachelor''s Degree in, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field. Minimum of 14 years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Preferred to have Master''s Degree in, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
    • Required minimum 10 years of hands-on experience building and leading teams managing modern ERP and HCM systems.
    • Required minimum three years of leadership experience overseeing application teams and delivery outcomes.
    • Preferred previous experience with AI-enabled platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics solutions within an enterprise environment.
    • Preferred previous experience supporting complex, regulated, or multi-entity organizations.
    • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
    • Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.
    • Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.* Enhabit does not waive this essential function by permitting duties to be performed remotely on occasion to accommodate temporary personal needs, such as appointments, or to operate in crises beyond its control, such as during a natural disaster or pandemic.
